Facial Veins
Facial tread veins, or spider veins, are not actually veins but damaged capillaries. Because these capillaries are so delicate, they often break which results in thread veins appearing near the skins surface. Reasons for facial thread veins include ageing skin, sun exposure and genetic predisposition, or heredity. As these spider veins appear on the face, the most visible area on a person in day to day life, their unsightly appearance can cause distress and confidence issues to those who suffer from them.
The most effective way to treat facial veins is cosmetic laser surgery, which provides very favourable results.
